TERMS & AGREEMENT

The Company agrees to rent motion picture and/or event props to the Client, and the Client agrees to rent such props, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

All props are available for daily rental at listed rates. Rental fees are charged per day.

All rentals are subject to a minimum order of five (5) props per booking, ensuring efficient allocation of inventory, staffing, and logistics.

The Company offers pre-selected Prop Kits curated by genre (horror/sci-fi, mystery/crime, comedy/drama.):

• Flat Rate: $500 per kit

• Rental Duration: Fourteen (14) consecutive days

• Includes: A bundled selection of props suited to the selected genre

• Extensions: Available for an additional fee, subject to availability

Prop Kits may not be split, substituted, or partially returned for prorated credit.

The rental period begins on the date props are picked up or delivered (“Rental Start Date”) and ends when all props are returned (“Rental End Date”).

• All items must be returned within 24 hours of the agreed drop-off time, unless otherwise arranged in advance

• Late returns may incur hourly or daily extension fees.

Full payment is due before drop off.

• Accepted payment methods: [Major credit cards, Apple pay, Google pay]

• A security deposit of may be required depending on prop or service.

No props will be released until payment and any required deposit are received.

Certain specialty or limited-availability items (including but not limited to electronic or “time capsule” props) require a valid credit card to be kept on file for the duration of the rental.

All props are photographed before release and upon return. These records serve as official documentation of each item’s condition and will be used in the event of disputes.

Client assumes full responsibility for all rented props from the time of pickup/delivery until return.

Client agrees to:

• Use props for lawful purposes only.

• Not modify, alter, or damage props.

• Protect props from theft, loss, and environmental damage.

• Return all items in original condition.

All props must be returned using the provided protective wrapping and company-issued transport containers. Client is responsible for repair or full replacement costs of any prop that is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond normal wear and tear. Ready Set Productions reserves the right to assess and charge a damage fee based on the value and extent of damage.

Refunds are issued only if props were damaged prior to rental and deemed unusable.

No refunds will be issued for:

• Late returns.

• Partial use.

• Client negligence or misuse.

Cancellations made within 24 hour of the Rental Start Date may be subject to a cancellation fee of 25%.

The Company is not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the use or misuse of rented props.

Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Ready Set Productions from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from prop use.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York 

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, written or oral. By renting from Ready Set Productions, the Client acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined in this Agreement.
